Hilton Garden Inn Manchester Downtown

The location of this hotel is perfect! Right off the highway, safe area, close to restaurants & coffee shops. The staff here is amazing! Very friendly & patient. The bartender (Shayne?) was greate.....very friendly! They have a spacious back patio overlooking a minor league baseball field. They also have plenty of areas inside to sit & relax comfortably with a large group or alone. We had a king bedroom and there was plenty of room! Each room has a refrigerator and a microwave. Pool and hot tub were very clean! It was a great weekend here! Definitely would go back!

Attended a company christmas party, over all good service and clean location, can't comment on rooms,did not stay overnight.

Perfect for what we were looking to do. Nice and clean. Everything was in good shape. Good price. GREAT service (Trevor). Walking distance to many places on Elm St. Very good decision to stay here. Would stay again without hesitation and recommend to anyone.

My family and I LOVE this hotel. The sweet as pie young lady, well raised, beautiful disposition, charming and polite front desk greeter, Olivia is a Godsend. She’s also beautiful!! Stunning!!!! I wish I could meet her parents to say GREAT work. Great example for her generation on customer experience. The hotel is lucky to have her and should hold on with both hands!

We had a bad experience at the cabin we stayed at the Bear Tree. We felt so welcomed and comforted at this Hilton. Oliva felt like a old friend or even family. She really was easy to talk to, caring, cheerful, helpful and empathetic. She worked well with my son who has DS and talked to him like a human being with respect. The pool and hot tub felt great. Hot tub could use a replacement its very jagged and my husband got cut on the back of his leg. I would not sit in it with a nice swim suit it will snag it up. The pantry is the bomb! Never seen that at other places. Jose is a great chef and we tipped him. Best French toast ever!. Ryan is very hospitable with respect and manners. He did great with our special Son as well. The morning of the 29th there was a different chef and he was very unprofessional. He argued out loud at the open kitchen window with the wait staff about what customers were sending back. My French toast was hard as a rock, I had sent back 3 times and still it was not up to par as it was the morning before that Jose had cooked. The potatoes were dried out as well. We as well as everyone else could hear him clearly in the dining room. Very unprofessional. Mary did try to smooth it over. I am not a professional Chef but I do know the crust of the bread should not hurt my teeth to bite into it. Over all we can't say enough positivity about how Olivia, the rest of the front desk staff, the cleaning crew, the wait staff and Jose made us feel so welcomed. As a Hilton Honors member, we will stay here if we need to come back to town. ALSO HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO OTHERS. Keep up the great work!! OLIVIA IS THE GOAT!!

The Patio Dining in left field of Delta Dental is an excellent location if you are a baseball fan. The service was amazing. From the afternoon to the morning front desk staff to our breakfast waitress, all were very friendly and helpful!

The most pleasant experience I have ever had at a Hilton Garden Inn during our June stay. Excellent food, friendly service, free parking, and a truly special experience watching a no-hitter from our room that overlooked the New Hampshire Fisher Cats’ stadium. Proximate to other bars, restaurants, and nightlife in Manchester. We’ll be back.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Right near downtown Manchester. What really makes this a fun stay is that the south wall of the hotel is the outfield wall for the New Hampshire Fisher Cats minor league stadium. We had such a great time going to a fisher cats game we watched the pre-game activities from our room. We could have watched the game from the hotel outdoor restaurant but instead decided to go into the stadium. Really fun family event. After the game we went back to the room and had front row seats to the fireworks show afterwards. Its a fun quick get away hotel.

This was my first time here. I went for my brother's birthday weekend. Very good location very accommodating staff. We had a problem with breakfast and they offered to pay for us to have it again or Target gift card (which they didn't have to do at all) Olivia, Jaycee, Kaitlyn, Jackson and Holly where awesome staff and very nice people. We appreciate everything that everyone did and definitely will be staying there whenever we are in town.

This is a little hideaway, right down town. And you can see fireworks with a front- row seat, when the Fisher cats are playing. Truly a unique place.
